Well, that was a little bit tricky to sign up and and figure out how to post stuff. Very interesting, though!
A question for you, Lucie. I have downloaded the picture-sharing software from Picasa named HELLO, but don't know how to use it to post things on this weblog. Have you used it before, or maybe there is another program you might recommend? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Amir, you've made it! it looks complicated at first, I agree, but it gets better :)
About that picture program: I don't know what it is and have never used it. But if you want to post pictures here, it's not hard:
1. log in through http://www.blogger.com as usual
2. click on create new post
3. right under the box where you put the title of the post, you should see a little picture (with a mountain or something, in a brown frame). click on that.
4. in the little window that will open, write nnest/blog/pics/ in the "upload path" and then click on "choose file" to select the picture you want to put online.
5. once the picture is selected, click on "upload" and then "OK" in the next window, and it should work :)

haha, miss lulu is me, lucie, because i have a personal blog and my nickname there is miss lulu... and blogger won't let me use 2 different names. so i guess your chair is called miss lulu, that looks very serious, doesn't it? ;)

OK, I followed the instructions you had kindly provided, Lucie. This is what I got in the little window after clicking on the picture:
"How do I post pictures?
Blogger does not directly provide image hosting, although you are welcome to include any images in your blog if you have them stored online elsewhere. However:
Windows users can also use the Hello BloggerBot to post pictures directly to their blogs.
Mac users (and anybody else, for that matter!) can use Flickr to photoblog; see this article for details.
Once you have an image online, you can include it in either your template or in a specific post by typing in the following tag:
....
Just replace the URL here with the actual URL of your image."
Well, I am a bit confused! :(
hum... this should only happen when you have a blog hosted on blogspot, which is not our case. i don't know what to tell you except for this (while i try to figure this out): if you want to post a picture with one of your posts, send it to me by email and i'll add if with the rest of your post.
by the way, you're going to organize the caucus of the month thing, right? i was wondering if maybe we could do it right here, it would draw people to this page... what do you think?
